These are the general terms of the relationship between you (the website visitor) and us (the website owner - Dreamweaver Studios Online (Pty) Ltd hereafter referred to as Dreamweaver Studios). They cover any use of www.dreamweaverstudios.com (the website). You agree to be legally bound by the terms by visiting and using this website. Please do not use the website if you do not agree to the terms.
You may not access, display, use, download, or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on this website for marketing and other purposes without our consent.
If you are under the age of 18, you may not respond to or otherwise accept or act upon any offers in the website.
Conclusion of sales and availability of stock
- Users may place orders for products, which Dreamweaver Studios may accept or reject.
- When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any product or service through this website. Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
- Placing products in a wishlist or shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute an order for such products, and as such, products may be removed from the shopping basket if stock is no longer available or the price thereof might change without notice to you. You cannot hold Dreamweaver Studios liable if such products are not available or are not available at that particular price when you complete or attempt to complete the purchase cycle at a later stage.
- You acknowledge that stock of all products on offer is limited and is held with our suppliers abroad, and that pricing may change at any time without notice to you. In the case of products for sale by Dreamweaver Studios, Dreamweaver Studios will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels with suppliers however, we cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When products are no longer available after you have placed an order, Dreamweaver Studios will notify you and you will be offered alternatives or you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid by you for such products.
- Lead times are always dependent on stock availability. Should the product not be in stock Dreamweaver Studios will contact you via email and provide a revised delivery date. Standard lead times to our offices are as follows: 10 - 15 working days from payment which must reflect in our bank account before we will proceed with the order. Depending on the product purchased, the lead times may vary and the availability and lead time for each product will be conveyed at time of order.
- Delays in orders due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of Dreamweaver Studios: Please note that although Dreamweaver Studios always undertakes to do their best to comply with our quoted lead times, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays caused due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such mentioned circumstances include (but are not limited to) delays resulting from Freight Forwarder Delays, Supplier delays, Load Shedding, a health pandemic.
Pricing and Information
We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on the Website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (which are not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save — in the case of any incorrect purchase price — to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in the Returns Policy.
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR) and the total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).
Dreamweaver Studios reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Dreamweaver Studios reserves the right to reduce it's price on any products at any time and place them on promotion. No request for a refund of the difference between the price charged and the reduced price, will be entertained, outside of the promotional period.
Payments can be made to our bank account by EFT, Bank Deposits or Credit Card. Once the correct payment as per our payment terms has reflected in our bank account, we will proceed to process the order.

Cancellation and Returns Policy
All orders are “special order items” and are placed on our suppliers abroad at time of payment receipt. Goods are not held in stock in South Africa but with our suppliers abroad.
Cancellation is only possible before the order has been shipped from our supplier abroad as all orders are “special order items”. Please contact us immediately to understand whether cancellation is possible. No refunds will be allowed in the event of cancellation for special order items that have already been ordered and despatched from our suppliers abroad.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns due to the “special order” nature of the purchased item. Please make sure at time of ordering that the wallpaper product code and quantity is correct. Dreamweaver Studios cannot be held liable for any mistakes at time of ordering.
In the unfortunate event of an error order or fault, please return the unopened rolls to Dreamweaver Studios in the event of an order error and in the original packaging and with the labels, in the event of flawed rolls. Please do note that it is the customer’s responsibility to check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging.
We cannot accept cancellation due to a delay in delivering the order, however we undertake to inform the customer of any undue delay that may be incurred due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will do our utmost to deliver within our agreed timelines during the COVID-19 pandemic and our team monitors shipments daily. If we run into any delays, please bear with us as certain aspects of the importation of goods is outside of our control.
Flawed Products - Returns and Refunds
The person receiving the purchased item(s) will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery (POD)/Delivery note indicating that each item has been received in good condition and in this regard we urge you to take the necessary time to investigate and check the purchased product. Dreamweaver Studios cannot be held liable for any damages that were not indicated on the POD/Delivery note at time of delivery. Due to procedures with courier companies during the pandemic, one may not be asked to sign the documents but one needs to advise the person delivering, to note that the parcel was damaged upon receipt. Should the product/s be damaged or flawed on delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Dreamweaver Studios within 48 hours, and we will endeavor to replace the item in question.
It is the customer's responsibility to thereafter check the wallpaper to ensure it is the correct code, correct quantity and correct quality ordered. Our returns policy for incorrect or flawed goods lasts for 14 days whereafter the return will not be accepted, so please check the sealed rolls timeously to avoid disappointment.
When installing the wallpaper, carefully open the sealed rolls and inspect for any damage or flaws. Once installation begins, examine the first 2 or 3 lengths on the wall, to ensure there are no faults which were not previously visible. If at this stage you are in any doubt as to whether the paper is faulty, please stop work immediately and contact us. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. However, if more than 3 drops are hung and the installation is carried out, no refund or replacement wallpaper claims will be entertained.
Please note that returns are not possible on sale goods. To start your return process, contact us immediately and we will advise how to proceed. All valid claims are subject to assessment by our staff and decisions made are at the discretion of Dreamweaver Studios management. If we are unable to replace the flawed item within 30 days a full refund will be applicable. We do not accept returned goods under any other circumstances.
Due to the nature of wallpaper, no two batches are the same. This means that the actual product may vary from the sample in colour/construction (although this would not exceed 10% in accordance with industry standards).
The Customer is hereby informed that natural and novelty products (for example grass cloth, natural fibres, silk or other fabric wallcoverings) have unique characteristics. The visibility of the joints as well as small irregularities, such as darker fibres, slubs or little knots, is characteristic of these products. This may result in a greater degree of shading differences between one panel and another.
Online Image Colour
Please note that the colour of the online images may vary from the actual items. Every effort is made to ensure that the colour and design of the product appears as accurately as possible, however the actual colours you will see can vary dependent upon your computer/mobile devices and as such we cannot guarantee that the goods on delivery will reflect the colour on your computer.
It is advisable to order a sample before purchasing, to ensure you a happy with the colour and the type of wallpaper.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Shipping to your designated delivery address will be made by a third party door-to-door courier company appointed by Dreamweaver Studios. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Shipping to destinations not within South Africa will require a quote, as the shipping costs vary from country to country.
Once your order is ready for collection or dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier company details. Accordingly, we cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates. Risk shall pass on delivery from us to the courier company. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, please provide Dreamweaver Studios with full particulars thereof within 24hours of delivery so that we can assist you in taking this up with the courier company. We cannot be held financially liable for delay in delivering the order, however we undertake to inform the customer of any undue delay that may be incurred due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Dreamweaver Studios Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Dreamweaver Studios Gift Vouchers cannot be resold or exchanged with a third party. You cannot use a Dreamweaver Studios Gift Voucher to purchase another Dreamweaver Studios Gift Voucher. Dreamweaver Studios Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online through our website (www.dreamweaverstudios.com) or in-store.
We take responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Where a Service is rendered by a third party, we may nevertheless invoice you for their services to ensure a single contact point and to ensure a smooth customer journey. However please note that when Services are performed by a third party (even if we invoice you directly), we will not be liable for the obligations of a third party – you will only have a claim against the service provider directly.
Updating of these Terms
We may change the terms at any time by placing a notice on this website or updating this web page. If you do not agree with the change, you must stop using this website or the changed terms will apply to you.

Except as provided to the contrary in the agreement, all rights, title, interest, and ownership (including all rights under all copyright, patent, and other intellectual property laws) in, to, or of this website are our sole property or will vest in us or a third party licensor. All moral rights are reserved.
Our logo and sub-logos, marks, and trade names are our trademarks and no person may use them without our permission. Any other trademark or trade name that may appear on our marketing material is the property of its respective owner.
Except as expressly permitted under the agreement, the website may not be:

- rented, leased, loaned, sold or assigned;
- reverse engineered or copied; or
- reproduced or distributed.
Limited License to General Users
We grant you, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable right to access, display, use, download and otherwise copy the current and future content for personal, non-commercial and information purposes only. We may cancel your licence at any time for any reason. Your licence is automatically cancelled if you do not get our written permission before using this website in a way these terms do not allow.
We, our affiliates or subsidiary’s reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Any unauthorised use of this website terminates this license.
Limitation of liability
We provide the website “as is”. We do not give any express or implied warranty or make any other promise about this website. For example, we do not warrant that it is good quality, fit for any particular purpose, accurate, complete, up-to-date, legally effective or secure. We also do not warrant that it is free of latent defects, errors, malicious software or infringing content, or that you will have quiet or uninterrupted use of it.
You indemnify (or promise to protect) us against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or liability (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) related to your use of this website.
We will do our best to fix any fault in this website as soon as reasonably practical after we find out about it. This is the limit of our responsibility and liability for any fault in the website.

You may not use this Website in violation of South African export laws and regulations. If you access this website from locations outside of South Africa, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
These terms are the entire agreement between us and you with regard to the use of the content and this Website.
Any term that is invalid, illegal, or cannot be enforced must be regarded as deleted. The remaining terms continue as intended.
